Intellectual book burning.

A different perspective on the idea of book burning and censorship; not only is book burning a physical act but suppression of the freedom of speech can be viewed as an intangible case of intellectual abolishment. Here is a view on this topic:

  1. Hi Carla. The blog is looking better and I'm pleased to see that you have addressed some of the issues that I raised. My greatest concern is your lack of content. This is a research project that requires more than putting up a few links. It requires the gathering of data, then analysis of that data. You need to consult a much broader range of resources and build your bibliography to demaonstrate this. I suggest that you have a look at some of the other student blogs to get an idea of what is required.

    Technically, the font in your first post is still different to the ones that follow. Also, when including links to websites you need to provide more than the URL. Hide the link in an explanatory or descriptive text that will give the reader some interest and reason to click on the link. Great to see some images but don't forget to link them to their source rather than just pasting the URL beneath. Finally, you still need to include a blogroll of the other stuident blogs as a gadget on your site.
